The catalog of Sapienza products is organized according to four categories:
For each item it is possible to consult the relevant "Product Sheet", containing a brief description of the product in question and its unit price.
Once you have selected the article of interest, you can choose through the appropriate drop-down menu:
the size (for clothing items).
If you intend to purchase, click on "Add to cart".
After adding a product to your cart, you can continue browsing the catalog to continue shopping and include other items in your cart.
Once you have finished shopping, click on the "Cart" button located at the top right. This will allow you to open the virtual cart where it will be possible to view the summary of all the selected products, their quantities, as well as an indication of their total cost, excluding shipping costs.
To make the payment, click on the "Continue with payment" button which will take you to a page where you will be asked to enter some personal data (in particular, personal details, tax code, e-mail address and telephone number). ). If you have chosen to receive the products at home, you will also need to enter your shipping address (or that of any different recipient of the purchased products). In this case, the system automatically calculates the shipping costs, which vary both according to the total weight of the package and the destination.

We invite users to pay maximum attention when entering and checking data before proceeding with payment. Sapienza is relieved of any responsibility for any errors made during the data entry phase which could compromise the correct execution of the contract and the possible shipment of the products.
Once the data has been entered, the user will be invited to expressly approve the General Conditions of Sale, declare that they have read the information on the processing of personal data and finally confirm that they are over the age of 16 (sixteen ) years by ticking the appropriate check-boxes.

To complete the purchase, click on the "Continue to payment" button again. On this page you will be able to find a summary of the order, the data and view the total amount to be paid, including any shipping costs. At this stage it will still be possible to cancel the operation. The user is invited to carefully check all the transaction data, including shipping costs, before completing the purchase.
If you wish to continue with the payment, click on "Immediate payment".
The platform will automatically redirect to the digital payment platform for the Public Administration called PagoPA.
If you have a SPID account, it will be possible to carry out the payment procedure on the PagoPA system using this account. If, on the other hand, you do not have a SPID account (or you are a foreign user residing abroad), you will need to use the PagoPA payment system through a personal email account.
Following payment, the user will receive by e-mail the electronic receipt confirming the purchase, containing the specific description of what was purchased and the details of the payment made.
The shipment will take place on the Tuesday or Thursday of the week following that of the purchase.
Collection on site
As an alternative to shipping, and starting from 48 (forty-eight) hours after paying for the order, it is possible to pick up the products purchased through the online shop free of charge on site. Our collection point is located within the University City, at the Bursar's Office, located in Viale Regina Elena n. 334/C. The collection service operates at the following times: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.30.
