Products in the Sapienza catalogue are grouped into four categories:
You can read a "Scheda prodotto” (Product details) for each article, containing a short description and price.
Once you have selected the article you are interested in, you can also use the drop-down menu to choose:
- size (for clothing articles).
If you wish to purchase, click on 'Add to Cart'.
After you have added a product to your cart, you can continue shopping if you want to.
Once you have finished shopping, press the 'Cart' button (top right).
The virtual shopping cart contains a summary of all the products you have chosen, their quantities, and their total cost, excluding shipping costs.
- Click on "Checkout"
- Enter your personal data, codice fiscale (tax code), email address and telephone number.
If you have chosen home delivery, it is also necessary to enter your shipping address (or that of a different addressee). In this case, the system automatically calculates the shipping costs, which vary according to the total weight of selected products and the destination.

Please take the utmost care when entering and checking your data before proceeding to payment. Sapienza shall not be held liable for any errors made in data entry, which may jeopardise the proper execution of the contract and the possible shipment of the products.
Now, approve the Condizioni Generali di Vendita (General Terms and Conditions of Sale) by ticking the checkboxes in the shopping cart; you must expressly declare that you have read the information on personal data processing, and finally confirm that you are over 16 (sixteen) years of age.

At this point, you can click on "Checkout". On this page, you will find a summary of your order, details, and the total price to be paid, including any delivery charges. At this stage, you can still cancel the transaction. Before concluding your purchase, please check all transaction data, including shipping costs.
If you wish to continue, click on "Checkout" again and then on “Immediate Payment”.
Our platform automatically redirects you to the digital payment platform for public administration called PagoPA.
If you have a SPID account, you can use that account to pay on the PagoPA system. If, on the other hand, you do not have a SPID account (or you are a foreign user residing abroad), you must use the PagoPA payment system through a personal email account.
Following payment, you will be emailed a receipt confirming your purchase, containing a specific description of what you purchased and the details of the payment made.
Shipment takes place on Tuesday or Thursday of the week following the week of purchase.
On-campus pick up
As an alternative to shipping, you can pick up your products free of charge at our premises 48 (forty-eight) hours after payment. Our collection point is on the Main Campus, at the Ufficio Economato, Viale Regina Elena no. 334/C. You can pick up your products from Monday to Friday from 09.00 am to 1:30 pm.
